Hommage à Laurent Villard
Laurent Villard is a winemaker from Geneva. Laurent is amongst the four persons who taught me the job and to whom I have dedicated a wine. He inspired me with his meticulous approach, finding only the best grapes for his wines and doing the utmost to extract all the best components the fruit has to give.
