Hommage à Laurent Villard

Laurent Villard is a winemaker from Geneva. Laurent is amongst the four persons who taught me the job and to whom I have dedicated a wine. He inspired me with his meticulous approach, finding only the best grapes for his wines and doing the utmost to extract all the best components the fruit has to give.

Impeccable structure and maturity. A touch of mocca on the finish. The wine has length and should age really well, gaining in complexity.
